Jean-Christophe KOUDISSA
General Manager
Co-Founder of KOUBA BTP, he leads the company's overall strategy and ensures the quality of every delivered project. Over 10 years of experience in construction in Côte d'Ivoire and Togo.
Founded in 2023 in Abidjan, KOUBA BTP Sarl was born from the conviction that a construction project deserves far more than just a contractor: it deserves a team capable of understanding every dimension — technical, human and temporal. This vision brought together, from the very beginning, a collective of engineers, architects and technicians whose expertise has been proven on numerous sites in Côte d'Ivoire and Togo.
Our journey began with a handful of residential projects, carried out with a rigor that allows no compromise. Very quickly, the quality of our work and our scrupulous respect for deadlines opened the doors to more ambitious sites: high-end buildings, public facilities, industrial infrastructure. In just two years, KOUBA BTP has delivered more than thirty projects — from the 33rd police station in Port-Bouët to the R+5 Bel Hôtel building in Marcory, including the complete renovation of the FPPN in Zone 4.
This rapid progression is no coincidence. It rests on four founding values that we strive to embody every day: integrity, which guides each of our decisions; loyalty, towards our clients as well as our collaborators; dedication to the task, which drives us to treat every detail with the same requirement; and speed of execution, because our clients' time is precious and every day saved is a preserved investment.
Our four areas of expertise structure all our activity. The Design & Studies department handles architectural design, 2D and 3D renderings, structural studies, quantity surveying and execution files. The Execution department covers new construction, renovation, rehabilitation, VEFA (sale in future state of completion) as well as secondary trades — electricity, plumbing and air conditioning. The Monitoring & Management department coordinates works, produces progress reports and payment statements, manages variations and represents our clients to contractors. Finally, the Advice & Assistance department supports project owners in choosing materials, planning, logistics and setting up project tracking tools.
Beyond figures and achievements, what sets KOUBA BTP apart is our way of working. We believe that a successful project is above all a relationship of trust. That is why we prioritize transparent communication, regular milestones and constant availability to our clients. Our engineers do not simply manage: they listen, advise and adjust.
Today, KOUBA BTP Sarl stands as a reference player in Building and Public Works in Côte d'Ivoire. Our ambition is not to grow for the sake of growth, but to build structures we will be proud of in twenty years, and to earn, project after project, the trust our clients place in us.
"We build your projects!!!" — this slogan, displayed on our brochures and our sites, is not an empty promise. It is a commitment that every member of our team carries in their own way, from the first sketch to the handing over of the keys.
